Simulate mobile devices.
Choose a phone preset and apply it. The pane uses mobile dimensions, touch input, and simulated browser headers. Rotate the phone or return to desktop. Combined with proxies, these settings can reduce simple bot detection signals.
Choose a device for the pane
Open the profile panel and select the Device tab. Choose Pixel 8, Galaxy S24, iPhone 15 Pro, or iPhone 15 Pro Max, then apply the device. Enable it for new panes when you want future pages to start with that preset.
Device presets and custom personasWhat the preset changes
The preset changes viewport dimensions, device pixel ratio, touch input, user-agent presentation, and client hints where applicable. Sites can respond with their mobile layout. The browser engine remains Chromium, including with an iPhone preset.
How device personas workRotate, customize, and return to desktop
Switch between portrait and landscape. Set a custom size, locale, timezone, or optional geolocation for the workflow you are checking. Return the pane to desktop when you have finished.
Profile settingsPair devices with connections
Device and connection settings are independent. Choose a proxy in the Connection tab when a worker needs its own network route, and use the device preset for its page presentation.
