Relay and boxes
Relay costs $10 USD per account per month and includes two simultaneous live pane views across your computers. Direct and relayed connections both count. Saved sessions and background work do not count. Each rented box has a separate monthly subscription. Canceling relay keeps your boxes running and billed.
Box prices
The checkout price includes the provider server and required IPv4 cost plus a 20% service fee, rounded up to a cent. Tax is added at checkout. Prices are in USD. The price you accept stays fixed for that subscription, including renewals. Your card provider may charge for currency conversion.
What is included
Boxes have shared x86 CPUs, 4 GB or 8 GB RAM, persistent storage, bmux, Node, Python, Git and optional SSH public-key access. Install and pay for your own agent tools. Managed backups, resizing and agent usage are not included. Keep a separate copy of important files. Page workloads determine capacity; RAM sizes are not session-count guarantees.
Cancellation and deletion
Use Account settings to cancel a subscription. Relay ends at the end of its paid period. Canceling a box schedules deletion of that machine and its files at period end. Delete now deletes the machine and files immediately and cancels that box subscription. Ordinary immediate deletion has no prorated refund. Failed box setup is refunded automatically. Applicable statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain available; contact us to exercise them.
Failed payment
A failed renewal has a 10-day recovery period. Update payment through Manage billing. After that period, relay access ends or the affected box and its files are deleted. These are separate subscriptions.
Traffic and permitted use
Use the service for work you are authorized to perform and comply with applicable law and the websites you access. Do not send spam, attack systems or interfere with other customers. Outgoing traffic is checked every five minutes: a warning is sent at 75% of the provider allowance and networking pauses at 90% until its next traffic month. A burst between checks can pass those thresholds. The pilot allows three boxes per account.
