Do I need a rented box?
You can connect a computer or server you already own. Rent a box when you want a separate machine that stays on while your laptop sleeps. See the remote hosting guide.
What counts as a live view?
A pane you are watching or controlling counts toward the two-view allowance. Saved sessions and background work do not. Direct and relayed connections both count.
What happens when I cancel?
Relay and boxes are separate subscriptions. Canceling Relay leaves boxes running and billed. Cancel a box to delete it and its files at the end of its paid period. Read the service terms for cancellation and payment recovery.
